At around 27 m², the air-conditioned flat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery. For entertainment, there is SAT-TV and free WiFi.
From the furnished terrace, you enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – perfect for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening at sunset. A private car park directly at the house is available to you free of charge.
The house offers its guests a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities and a sun terrace. Bed linen and towels are already provided, pets are not permitted.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, and filter coffee machine invites you to cook together. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a towel warmer. On the balcony with seating for four people, you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
