It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric and gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The living room is air-conditioned and offers SAT-TV, sofa beds, coffee table, ceiling fan, DVD and CD player.
The 16 m² terrace with a southwest-facing sea view is covered and equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, and a clothes horse. The private garden covers 150 m² and offers a traditional grill (Komin) as well as additional terrace areas.
