The west-facing terrace offers sea view, awning, table and chairs for six people as well as a clothes horse. Parking spaces for two vehicles are located directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
The property features a large garden (2000 m²) with shaded areas, an outdoor shower (cold water), a children's playground with slide and swing, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a traditional barbecue hut. A pool with fresh water completes the offering. A washing machine is available in the apartment.
