From here, you can access the private balcony with a sea view, where you can comfortably have breakfast or end the evening with a glass of wine.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. In the living area, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin, bed linen and towels are provided.

The outdoor area of the house offers a garden terrace and a barbecue facility that can be used communally. A private parking space is available at the property. Pets are welcome, however, a surcharge per night is levied.

From here, you can directly access the private, covered balcony with sea view, equipped with seating furniture, a parasol, and a cosy Hollywood swing. The balcony leads directly into the garden – perfect for starting the day with breakfast outdoors.
