The house consists of 3 apartments spread over 3 floors. Each floor has its own entrance, parking space and balcony with table and chairs. The apartment no. 1 (first floor) has a room with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment no. 2 (second floor) has a separate bedroom with double bed and a living / dining room with a high quality sofa bed (160x200cm) and dining table. The apartment no. 3 is on the third floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living / dining room with a high quality sofa bed (160x200cm) for 2 people. The sea and the nearest beach are only 60 meters away. The house offers a view of the open sea and islands. You can walk to the first small shop in 3 minutes. There is a supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes. A church, other supermarkets, banks and doctors are 15 minutes away. The airport is 10 km away. The apartments are well equipped.
