This modern apartment on the island of Čiovo is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers a breathtaking sea view. With 60 m² of living space, the accommodation provides room for up to six people and is ideal for families, couples, or groups. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features two bedrooms – a double bedroom and a room with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and private washing machine.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, cooker, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. A dining table for six people, TV, sofa bed, coffee table, DVD player, radio and sufficient storage space complement the living area.

From the 15 m² covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views and sunshine, equipped with a table, chairs and sun lounger for relaxed hours. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome (max. 3), a baby cot is possible upon request. You can park directly at the property. An airport transfer can be organised on request.

The central location near Trogir (UNESCO World Heritage Site, 2 km) enables cultural and shopping experiences as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. Shopping opportunities, beach, supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by greenery, with good shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and a public car park nearby. Trogir is just 2 km away, Split 30 km – both cities under UNESCO protection and ideal for cultural discovery tours.

The accommodation has two bedrooms: a double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) with insect screen and complete darkening, as well as a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The living area combines kitchen, dining and living room and is equipped with electric hob (2 plates), microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery, sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), 3-seater sofa, dining table for six people, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower (90 x 90 cm), WC, washbasin, mirror and washing machine.

The equipment includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bedding, towels and a private washing machine in the rental unit. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.
