The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by greenery, with shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and a public car park nearby. Trogir is just 2 km away, Split 30 km, both under UNESCO protection and ideal for cultural discovery tours.
The accommodation has two bedrooms: a double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) with insect screen and complete darkening, as well as a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The living area combines kitchen, dining and living room: equipped with electric hob (2 plates), microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery, sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), 3-seater sofa, dining table for six people, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with shower (90 x 90 cm), WC, washbasin and mirror.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bedding, towels and a communal washing machine at the landlord's. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.
