Super apartment, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was lovely and clean, air conditioned with a great view from the balcony and a shared pool, which we used often. It also had a washing machine that wasn't listed so added bonus if yosee more
Super apartment, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was lovely and clean, air conditioned with a great view from the balcony and a shared pool, which we used often. It also had a washing machine that wasn't listed so added bonus if you needed it. Only downside we had as 3 adults travelling together, was only having 2 beds made up. As we didn't really want to share I slept on the sofa in the bedroom. It would also have been handy to have had 3 chairs for the balcony. One of us had to sit on the deckchair there. However, these were small things and we had a lovely stay with a lovely helpful host. Would definitely recommend. TIP for future people, get an Uber to the apartment from the airport, costs around 14Euro, alternatively you could get the bus to Trogir from the airport and get the boat taxi from the castle in Trogir to Okrug.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This wonderful villa with 5 apartments for 2-6 people and a private pool is located on the western side of the island of Čiovo, in the small fishing village of Okrug Gornji, in the Saldun Bay with many beautiful beaches and rich Mediterranean vegetation. The property is located on the coast and 2 km from the city of Trogir. This was founded in 300 BC by Greek colonists who came from the island of Vis. Until the arrival of the Romans, this was the largest port in the area.
This holiday home is modernly equipped and offers a high quality standard. The property was built on a large private plot of land just 50 meters from the sea, surrounded by typical Dalmatian quarry stone walls, Mediterranean fruit trees, various bushes and woody plants, lots of greenery, a large lawn area that invites children to play and run around, and Mediterranean herbs , olive trees up to 150 years old, and secure free parking.
The offer includes 5 cozy apartments (3 and 4 stars), a garden with pool and loungers and a small Dalmatian barbecue house (Komin), which invites you to socialize and grill on a beautiful covered terrace. This can also be used to prepare Dalmatian specialties and seafood in an authentic atmosphere. Each apartment has its own entrance and a beautiful sea view.
During the day you have the opportunity to take advantage of various water sports such as jet skiing, paragliding, windsurfing, motorboating or scuba diving. You can also rent scooters, bicycles and quads nearby.
The beach is suitable for families with children as well as young couples. You can reach the town of Trogir from the beach by a taxi boat that runs every 15 minutes. The taxi boat stops right on the Trogir Riviera, in front of Kamerlengo Castle, and goes back to the island every 15 minutes.
All other facilities of tourist interest are in the immediate vicinity of the house and are open daily. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are within 100m; The center of Okrug Gornji, which you can reach with a relaxing walk on the beach or by car, has doctors, a pharmacy and a fish market, is 800m away.
