With 60 m² of living space, the accommodation provides room for up to six people and is ideal for families, couples, or groups. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features two bedrooms – a double bedroom and a room with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and private washing machine.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, cooker, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. A dining table for six people, TV, sofa bed, coffee table, DVD player, radio and sufficient storage space complement the living area.

From the 15 m² covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views and sunshine, equipped with a table, chairs and sun lounger for relaxed hours. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome (max. 3), a baby cot is possible upon request. You can park directly at the property. An airport transfer can be organised on request.
