It features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a pleasant stay – including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the living room, you can directly access the covered balcony with a garden view, which invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors.
The additional equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower, as well as bed linen and towels. A parking space is available directly at the house. Use of the landlord's washing machine is possible by arrangement, as is bringing pets.
