This charming holiday apartment is located in a traditional Dalmatian stone house in Omiš, just about 100 metres from the sandy beach and the city centre. Restaurants, cafés, bars and shops are conveniently within walking distance, while you simultaneously enjoy peace, an idyllic environment and a magnificent sea view. The house offers a total of ten apartments, each with a spacious terrace or loggia, from which you can admire the Adriatic and the surrounding islands.
The 38 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is ideally suited for up to three people. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered loggia with a south-facing orientation and sea view. The loggia is equipped with a table, chairs and an awning, so you can enjoy breakfast or dinner here with a panoramic view.
The bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a baby bed upon request. A TV with satellite reception, wardrobe, bedside tables and a mirror provide additional comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker (2 hobs), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, window and a private washing machine.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee), and a parking space directly at the house is available. The well-maintained garden can also be used.
The location offers a variety of leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, kayaking and canoeing, rafting on the Cetina, hiking, mountain biking or excursions to the nearby nature park. Cultural attractions, cafés and the old town of Omiš are also within walking distance.
