The gently sloping coastal section directly in front of the house is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region and is particularly ideal for families with children. The sea is accessible in just around 50 metres, as are restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. The picturesque old town of Omiš with its narrow streets, historic buildings and Mediterranean flair is also only about a kilometre away and can be conveniently reached on foot.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern house that accommodates a total of eight comfortable holiday apartments. With approximately 36 m² of living space, it offers room for up to three people and features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and additional sleeping accommodation. The separate kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the dining area, access leads to the covered terrace with a sea view – a wonderful place to start the day with breakfast overlooking the scenery or enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you can conveniently reach the town centre, restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities on foot. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – perfect for starting the day with a coffee in the sun or letting the evening wind down in a relaxed manner.
The approximately 35 m² large apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to three people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and baby bed, a bright living and dining area with kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, window, and its own washing machine.
