The combined living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table for four people, and a modern LCD satellite TV. The open kitchen offers everything you need for your stay – including an electric cooker with four hobs, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster.
The separate bedroom has a cosy double bed and sufficient storage space, while the spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine and window offers comfort like at home. An air conditioning, heating and free WiFi ensure pleasant living conditions all year round.
The furnished terrace is particularly pleasant, inviting you to have breakfast or relax outdoors. Public, paid parking facilities are located nearby. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this accommodation, and smoking is also not allowed.

The modern holiday home in Opatija is located just 400 m from the sea and offers three comfortable apartments for 4 to 6 people. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, furnished terraces or balconies with sea views (in two apartments), air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and private bathrooms. A boat can be rented on request.
The apartments offer access to the courtyard and garden, a barbecue area with a barbecue hut and partially a jacuzzi on the terrace. Pets are not allowed, bed linen and towels are provided.
The accommodation is located in the Kvarner Bay near restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. The airport is 40 km away.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy numerous activities such as water sports, boat trips, swimming, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, mountain biking, tennis, high ropes course, wine tasting, and other leisure offerings.
