The apartment offers around 45 m² of living space and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower and WC, and an air-conditioned living area with a cosy seating area, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, kettle and sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge.
A special highlight is the covered, furnished south terrace (approx. 12 m²) with a magnificent sea view. It is equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse - ideal for breakfast in the sunshine or for relaxed evenings overlooking the Adriatic.
The house has a well-maintained garden with shady seating areas and a barbecue area for shared use. A washing machine is available to guests from the landlord. A private parking space is located directly at the house. Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome by arrangement.
