The open living and dining area is high-quality furnished and features a comfortable leather seating set (3-seater, 2-seater, armchair), satellite TV, and a large, modern kitchen with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. WiFi is available free of charge.
A highlight is the 19 m² large, partially covered south terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an awning - perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed hours at sunset.
Guests also have access to a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities, seating areas in the shade, and a communally usable washing machine. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome by arrangement.
