The apartment is on the second floor of a completely renovated house and is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea.
The 50 m² accommodation offers space for up to four people and features two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality double beds (each 160 x 210 cm), insect screens, blackout options, and plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a small private balcony with sea view - perfect for the first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The open living and dining area is modern furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, 2-plate stove and all necessary cooking utensils. For sociable hours, a dining area, a cosy sofa as well as an LCD satellite TV and a hi-fi system are available.
A special highlight is the spacious south terrace with a dreamlike view of the sea and the offshore island world. Here, guests will find a table with chairs, sun loungers, an awning for shade, as well as a clothes horse - a perfect place to relax and enjoy.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and communally usable washing machine.
Additional amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning (for a fee), a safe, board games, a children's bed, and a high chair upon request. Pets are warmly welcome. A free parking space directly at the house is also available.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one of which has its own balcony and air conditioning. From the east-facing balcony of the accommodation, guests enjoy a pleasant sea view – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, gas stove, kettle, crockery and a spacious refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, window and toilet.
The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A sun-protected parking space directly at the house is also available. The accommodation is ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together.
The location in the heart of Pakostane allows short distances to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, bakery and other everyday offerings.
