The accommodation is situated in a quiet location, just about a five-minute walk from the main beach. The town centre with restaurants, cafés, shops, and all other facilities is also conveniently accessible on foot. The apartment is located on the second floor of a completely renovated house with five separate residential units and offers a dreamlike view of the sea and the surrounding islands thanks to its hillside location.
The 50 m² apartment is perfectly suitable for up to four people and features two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an open living, dining, and cooking area. The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and baby beds if needed. Both bedrooms provide access to a private balcony with sea view. The large, south-facing terrace is furnished with comfortable loungers, a table and chairs - ideal for breakfast with a view or relaxed evenings at sunset. Smoking is permitted on all balconies.
The living area is bright and inviting, with a dining table for four people, sofa bed, satellite TV, radio, hi-fi system and a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle and other cooking utensils. Air conditioning and WiFi ensure comfort, while insect screens and complete blackout options provide restful sleep. For small guests, a high chair and baby bed are available upon request.
Additional amenities such as a communally usable washing machine, an outdoor grill and board games round off the offer. A free parking space at the house is reserved for guests. Pets are welcome.

From the east-facing balcony of the accommodation, guests enjoy a pleasant sea view – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, gas stove, kettle, crockery and a spacious refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, window and toilet.
