This charming, two-storey holiday apartment in a quiet location in Pakoštane impresses with its magnificent sea view and proximity to the beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. The apartment offers space for up to four people on approx. 45 m² and is ideal for couples or small families. On the upper floor, you will find the cosy bedroom with a double bed as well as a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the bedroom, you additionally enjoy access to a small balcony with a view.
In the lower area, you will find an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to the furnished south-facing balcony. From here, a dreamlike view of the sea and the offshore islands opens up - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxed evening. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping spaces if needed. The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, so you can easily cater to yourself.
Further equipment includes air conditioning (optional), free WiFi, satellite TV, a safe, insect screens, and blackout options. Pets are also welcome. A private parking space is available on the property. The communal barbecue in the outdoor area completes the offer. Washing machine, baby bed, high chair, and stand-up paddleboard are also available free of charge. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
