In this spacious holiday apartment on the first floor of a small pool house in Pakostane, you will enjoy relaxed holiday days near the Adriatic coast. With two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, the accommodation offers space for up to six people - ideal for families or smaller groups looking for relaxation and flexibility.
The apartment convinces with a practical room layout: The central living area combines a small kitchen, a dining area, a cosy sofa area with SAT-TV and access to the covered balcony – perfect for outdoor meals or a quiet start to the day. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and storage space. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and washbasin. WiFi, air conditioning, heating as well as bed linen and towels are available.
The holiday home has a communal pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, garden areas and a covered terrace for shared use. Upon request, a barbecue area is also available. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee. A baby bed is also available upon request.
The centre of Pakostane is within a few minutes' walk, as are supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. The nearest sandy beach is about 800 metres away – ideal for beach lovers and families with children. In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities await you: water sports, boat trips, hiking tours, cultural excursions or a visit to the nearby national parks.

Die Wohnung war für uns als fünfköpfige Familie perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern, klimatisiert und großzügig geschnitten. Die Abende auf dem großen Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Der schöne Pool, abends wunderschön beleuchtet, kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen besteht ebenfalls. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt um fußläufig innerhalb von ein paar Minuten den Hafen und die Altstadt von Pakostane zu erreichen. Aber auch der Strand und der Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin mit Familie sind super freundlich, warmherzig und sofort hilfsbereit, falls man eine Frage hat. Man wird direkt mit offenen Armen empfangen. Es fühlte sich so an, als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Für uns war es der perfekte Familienurlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
