This ground-floor holiday apartment with two bedrooms is located in the heart of Pakostane, just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach, shopping opportunities, restaurants and the town centre. With an area of 52 m² and a spacious terrace of 15 m², it offers sufficient space for up to four people – ideal for families or small travel groups who value short distances and a central location.
The apartment is practically laid out and offers two bedrooms with a total of three beds (two double beds, one single bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table for five people. The living space is flooded with light and has direct access to the furnished terrace, which invites relaxation - including a Hollywood swing and a view of the courtyard.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a private entrance for maximum privacy. A sun-protected parking space is available directly at the house. Air conditioning and heating are not present in this unit, which makes it particularly attractive during the warm summer months.
The central location not only allows quick access to the beach (80 m), but also to numerous leisure opportunities in the surrounding area: water sports, bicycle rental, playgrounds, cafés, cultural attractions and nature parks are all within short distance. Wine tastings, horse riding and boat tours are also conveniently accessible.
The house is managed by friendly landlords who also live on-site and are happy to help with any questions or concerns. Upon request, a laundry facility can be used. Regional products such as honey and olive oil from their own production can be purchased directly on-site.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in this unit. Public car parks are also located nearby and are subject to charges.

The owners are such nice people. We will definitely come back next year. The accommodation was great. Nice big terrace where you can chill during the dayevening. There is a cute cat and a couple of turtles in the garden 😊 The city is also nice. We desee more

We definitely recommend you to take bicycles for exploring the land and SUP because there a three cute islands, not far from the shore. Definitely go there! And bring carrots :) for rabbits

This well-maintained 38 m² attic apartment offers space for up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) and is located in a popular holiday home with a community pool in Pakostane, just approx. 800 m from the sandy beach.
The accommodation features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate electric cooker, kettle).
From the living area, you directly access the covered balcony with seating - a quiet place to relax after a swim in the pool or a day at the sea.
