This charming holiday apartment on the second floor of a centrally located house in Pakostane is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed beach holiday. With only about 80 metres from the nearest sandy beach and other bathing bays nearby, this accommodation is a perfect starting point for relaxing days by the sea.

The 31.5 m² apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a functional kitchen with a dining area. The sunny balcony with sea view invites you to have breakfast overlooking the water or to spend relaxed evenings. An awning provides shade when needed, and a clothes horse is also available.

The equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an LCD TV with satellite connection and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and a double sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The accommodation is located in a lively residential area with short distances to supermarket, bakery, restaurants, café, pharmacy and cash machine - all within a few minutes' walk. A children's playground and leisure activities such as water sports, snorkelling or bicycle hire are also accessible on foot. Several nature parks, hiking trails and excursion opportunities are also located in the surrounding area.

Public car parks are available nearby for a fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The hosts live in the same house and are happy to answer questions or provide tips. Upon request, they offer a laundry facility as well as regional products such as honey and olive oil from their own production.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one of which has its own balcony and air conditioning. From the east-facing balcony of the accommodation, guests enjoy a pleasant sea view – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, gas stove, kettle, crockery and a spacious refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, window and toilet.

The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A sun-protected parking space directly at the house is also available. The accommodation is ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together.

The location in the heart of Pakostane allows short distances to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, bakery and other everyday offerings. Leisure activities such as bicycle rental, snorkelling, pedal boating or a visit to the nearby leisure park are also conveniently accessible. The surrounding area also offers a variety of beach types - from fine sand to gravel to rocky bathing bays, all of which can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The friendly hosts live in the house and are happy to help with any questions. Laundry facilities are offered if needed. In addition, they sell honey and olive oil from their own production.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment. However, other units in the house are available for guests with pets. Public parking spaces are also located nearby and are subject to charges.
