This charming holiday apartment is located in a quiet area in Pirovac, only about 300 m from the sea and the popular Lolić beach. The gently sloping pebble beach with its shade-giving pine trees is ideal for families with children and offers numerous leisure activities such as jet skiing, pedal boat rental or relaxing massages directly by the water.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and offers space for up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The facilities include air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, radio, microwave, oven, and washing machine. On the private, furnished terrace with an awning, you can enjoy your meals outdoors or let the day end with a glass of wine.
In the garden, guests have access to a pavilion with a summer kitchen, barbecue area, and outdoor shower. For families with small children, there is a small play area with a slide and swing. A private, partially covered parking space is available directly at the house.
