Enjoy a holiday in this English and Croatian holiday home in PISAK near Omis (Central Dalmatia), and relax on the beautiful pebble and rocky beach just 60 meters away. Great sea view - large south-facing terraces - The house is located in the first row to the sea without further, the view blocking houses or streets. A staircase leads directly from the property down to the sea. The hillside holiday home is well maintained and surrounded by Mediterranean flora. The sun protection is e.g. ensured by plant roofing.

The 4 apartments of the house are distributed on the ground floor with the apartment 1, on the 1st floor with the apartments A2 and A3 and the 2nd floor with the apartment 4. The access to the house is due to the hillside in the 1st floor, so that you have to go down to the ground. All 4 rental units are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchens with oven and each have their own terrace with fantastic sea views. The A1 and A4 apartments also have a washing machine. Internet access Wi-Fi is available and can be used if required.

In an apartment live the friendly English and Croatian speaking hosts, who are happy to help and advise you. In front of the house a parking space for 8 cars is available to the guests of the house. A barbecue in the garden is available. Pets are allowed on request. A boat mooring for smaller boats up to 3m in length is available. The hotel's own small boat will be happy to make small tours in the area. For example, to the nearby river underwater spring "Vruja" in the sea in the bay Dupci, where the sea is constantly bubbling. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Beautiful holiday home with 4 apartments in absolutely quiet and idyllic location. The house is located in the popular Feriendorf Pisak at the eastern end of the Riviera of Omis. Each apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms (each with sea view), a living room and a beautiful terrace with a wonderful sea view. You will enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace with a romantic dinner with a glass of wine with security. The house is about seventy meters from the sea. You just have to climb down the stairs and you are already on a beautiful small pebble beach. All around are smaller beaches of gravel, stone or concrete. The main beach of Pisak is about 300 meters away. On this beach there is a beach bar, where you can enjoy a coffee and cool refreshing drinks in the shade. In the other direction are also about 400m away, several sand and rocky beaches, which are less frequented, so that you have more privacy and the soul can dangle. The road that runs along the house is a quiet cul-de-sac, far from the main road, so you can fully enjoy your holiday here. All 4 apartments have been recently renovated and are carefully maintained, so that they meet your needs and wishes at any time. The apartments are air-conditioned (heating / cooling). Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and on the terraces. There are two outside grills in the courtyard.
