Spend relaxing holiday days in this cosy holiday apartment in Podaca, just 100 metres from the sea. On 35 m², the accommodation offers two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places, a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker and dining table. The apartment has a separate entrance and a 5 m² terrace with sea view, ideal for breakfast or enjoying the sunset. Bed linen is provided.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-maintained house with a garden and parking on the property. The outdoor area invites refreshing moments after a beach visit with an outdoor shower. Barbecue facilities can be used by arrangement.
The central, yet quiet location offers absolute relaxation. In just a few steps, you will reach the gravel beach, supermarket, restaurants and cafés. The coastal town of Podaca is nestled between mountains and sea and is excellently suited for day trips to Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik or Mostar.

Le logement est très bien situé. La vue est celle des photos. l aménagement est simple et basique. par contre il n y avait pas de serviettes comme indiqué ni de torchons. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Skvělá lokalita, příjemní majitelé, čistý a uklizený byt. Vše v dosahu pěší chůze (pláž, obchod, restaurace). Výborná komunikace s domácími. Zastihli jsme týden s extrémně vysokými teplotami, kdy by se v ubytování hodil větrák nebo klimatizace, ale ssee more

Miejscowość Podaca bardzo spokojne, przyjazne i piękne miejsce jak to w Chorwacji. Plaża kamienista.W zdłuż plaży na dlugim odcinku brzegu, wylany jest chodnik którym można spacerować, piękne i spokojne miejsce na relaks spacetując. Przy plaży znajdują się restaurache więc dostęp do dobrego jedzonka zaraz pod ręką. Drugim atutem to rosnące przy plaży duże drzewa sosny i cyprysów dodają otuchy gdy trzeba schronić się przed nadmiarem słońca. Sam aoartament blisko plaży, z widokiem na morze w cichej i bardzo spokojnej części wsi. Wypoczynek udany.

Brak pralki, ale właścicielka udostępniła swoją prywatną pralkę. WiFi niby możliwe jednak działo tylko w bliskim kontakcie z budynkiem właścicielki, w apartamencie brak. Materac w dużym łóżku do wymiany, niewygodny, chyba zapadnięty.

Obiekt o nazwie apartament nie ma nic wspólnego z nazwą. W łazience zasłona prysznicowa z grzybem, przez okno wchodzą mrówki, nie można go zamknąć bo ma tylko okiennice drewnianą z którą mrowki sobie radzą. W pokojach tynk odpada ze ścian, w sypialnisee more

Brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji w nocy bardzo gorąco zakupiliśmy własny wiatrak z powodu zaduchu. Wyposażenie kuchenne niekompletne dla 4 osób w fatalnym stanie. Lodowka z popsutym zamrażalnikiem. Nie polecam obiektu.
