This pretty holiday home is situated in a quiet, idyllic beach location in the popular seaside resort of Podgora. Podgora is located on the Makarska Riviera, only about 9 km southeast of the city of the same name.

The well-kept child-friendly pebble beach with showers and changing rooms is located directly below the house. A staircase leads from the sloping garden area with many terraced levels directly down to the beach. On one of the shady terraces is also an outdoor grill with associated tables and seating. Here you can make yourself comfortable and your holiday. enjoy a tasty barbecue and a good glass of wine.

The beach in front of the house is lined with palm trees and shady spots to relax. The promenade with typical Mediterranean flair and its wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops leads along the beach right past the property. Here you will also find doctors, a pharmacy, banks, cinema, post office and the like.

There is a large apartment for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and large panoramic terrace with great beach and sea views and in a small annex an apartment for up to 4 people with a separate bedroom, living area with attached kitchen and a curved balcony terrace with great sea views. Both rental units also have satellite TV and air conditioning. A Wi-Fi internet connection is also available.

Boat owners will be pleased with the boat mooring. Bicycles are available and can be used by arrangement with the landlord on site. The arrival and departure can take place in coordination with existing bookings also during the week. Smaller pets can be brought on request and for a fee. The apartments are rented all year round. A laundry for washing is available.
