Each apartment has a kitchen with a stove, oven and filter coffee machine, SAT-TV with LCD, air conditioning, free WiFi and a furnished terrace. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, two on the first floor, each with one to two bedrooms.
The fully enclosed property offers children plenty of space to play, a covered communal terrace, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue that can be used alternately by all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Communal use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. Pets are allowed upon request.
