The fully equipped holiday apartment is located in Povlja on the island of Brač, directly by the sea in a quiet location. The house offers a swimming pool, a sun terrace, a fireplace, a large garden table and plenty of greenery. The town beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the town centre can be reached in 10 minutes.
The 65 m² apartment offers space for 4 people and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery, as well as a living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning, corner sofa and dining area. A 12 m² balcony with sea view, table, chairs, parasol and direct access to the garden with summer kitchen is available for private use.
The equipment includes a private washing machine, bed linen, towels and an iron. Pets are not allowed, a baby bed can be provided upon request. A parking space at the property is available.
The outdoor area includes a sun terrace, parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower, summer kitchen and a traditional barbecue hut. A boat mooring for boats up to 8 m in length can be used on request, as well as a trailer parking space.
The location is ideal for water sports, boat trips, swimming, diving, fishing, mountain biking, jogging or tennis. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
