A 12 m² balcony with sea view, table, chairs, parasol and direct access to the garden with summer kitchen is available for private use.
The equipment includes a private washing machine, bed linen, towels and an iron. Pets are not allowed, a baby bed can be provided upon request. A parking space at the property is available.
The outdoor area includes a sun terrace, parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower, summer kitchen and a traditional barbecue hut. A boat mooring for boats up to 8 m in length can be used on request, as well as a trailer parking space.
