On approximately 65 m² of living space, you have two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area, which comfortably accommodates up to four people. The apartment is located on the first floor and impresses with its bright layout, pleasant room layout, and beautiful sea view.
The private balcony is directly accessible from the living area and invites you to enjoy the view of the sea with a table and seating - whether during breakfast or a relaxed evening. The living area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, WiFi, and a sofa bed. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including an oven, microwave, and sufficient cooking utensils. A private washing machine is located directly in the rental unit and provides additional comfort, especially during longer stays. Both bedrooms have blackout options and sufficient storage space, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The sea is only a few steps away, with the nearest water access practically right in front of the house. Fine gravel, sandy, and concreted bathing areas are immediately accessible. The local beach is about a five-minute walk away, and the centre of Povlja with cafés, restaurants, and small shops is approximately a ten-minute walk away. Shopping facilities, a bakery, and the bus stop are each within walking distance of about 500 metres.
The well-maintained property offers a communally usable outdoor area with a swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, outdoor shower and a traditional barbecue hut, the use of which is subject to consultation and may be associated with fees.
