Enjoy your holiday in this generous, fully equipped holiday flat on the top floor of a modern house in the new part of Primošten. The accommodation offers approximately 80 m² of space for up to 4 adults and 1 child – ideal for families or two couples who want to spend their holiday together.
The flat features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a bright living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. From here you have access to a large, partially covered terrace and a separate balcony. Both offer a fantastic view of the sea and the old town of Primošten – an ideal place to end the day with a beautiful sunset.
The facilities include air conditioning, WiFi, SAT-TV, a private washing machine and all the important kitchen utensils for relaxed self-catering. The furnishings are modern and functional, so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The house is located in a quiet yet central location. The nearest beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Primošten town centre on foot in approximately 10 minutes. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a weekly market are also conveniently within walking distance.
Free parking is available directly at the house. A small dog of up to 10 kg maximum may be brought for an additional fee. Cots are unfortunately not available. The flat is not wheelchair accessible.
The rental price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, air conditioning and the local tax. Additional charges may apply for extra services, particularly for bringing a dog.

I stayed in this property with my husband and two teenage sons. we chose it because it had 3 separate bedrooms but it could of slept a much bigger family because of the extra beds in each room. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The view is stunnsee more

Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The view is stunning and the balcony vast. The walk into town can be done off the main road and is very pleasant.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms on 65 m², a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Particularly pleasant: the private entrance and access to a furnished veranda with partial sea view, where you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors.
A real highlight for families is the large, enclosed courtyard directly in front of the apartment - here children can play carefree, while adults relax on the sun terrace.
The equipment includes, among other things, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: from cooker and microwave to kettle and crockery. Even in the cooler months, the existing heating ensures pleasant temperatures.
The location of the accommodation is quiet and yet central: In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the nearest gravel beach, and the historic centre of Primošten is about 700 metres away.
