The holiday apartment on the 3rd floor offers approx. 35 m² of living space plus 10 m² furnished terrace with sea view. It comprises a living kitchen with sofa bed, dining table, SAT-TV, air conditioning and a kitchen unit with refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate cooker, sink, filter coffee machine, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed and an additional bed if needed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer. Pets are welcome.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, parasol and direct sea view. The location in the historic centre allows immediate access to all amenities of the old town.
Leisure activities in the area range from water sports, diving, jet skiing and boat rental to cycling, mini golf, beach volleyball, and cultural activities such as museums, wine tasting, or visiting attractions and national parks.

Welcome to this charming holiday apartment on the ground floor of a modern house in the new part of Primošten - perfectly suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Croatian coast.
The apartment offers two separate bedrooms on 65 m², a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Particularly pleasant: the private entrance and access to a furnished veranda with partial sea view, where you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors.
A real highlight for families is the large, enclosed courtyard directly in front of the apartment - here children can play carefree, while adults relax on the sun terrace.
The equipment includes, among other things, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: from cooker and microwave to kettle and crockery. Even in the cooler months, the existing heating ensures pleasant temperatures.
