The covered balcony (10 m²) with partial sea view invites you to enjoy relaxed meals outdoors. A table with chairs provides space for four people – perfect for ending the day with breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment is located on the second floor and features a private parking space directly at the house. Airport transfer is available upon request (for a fee). Small pets up to 10 kg are also welcome.
Punat is known for its picturesque bay, charming old town and well-maintained beaches with crystal-clear water. In the surrounding area, you will find everything for a successful holiday: the next restaurant is only 200 metres away, a supermarket 400 metres, and you can reach the centre of Punat in about 10 minutes on foot.

Sono stata in questo appartamento a inizio giugno con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza. A pochi minuti di auto dall’appartamento si raggiungono le spiagge più belle dell’isola. Le spiagge del paese sono molto belle e ben curate e see more
Sono stata in questo appartamento a inizio giugno con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza. A pochi minuti di auto dall’appartamento si raggiungono le spiagge più belle dell’isola. Le spiagge del paese sono molto belle e ben curate e sono a due passi da casa. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario. In questo periodo i piccoli negozi di alimentari in questa zona sono chiusi, quindi la spesa si può fare nell’unico supermercato del paese, il panificio aperto più vicino era in centro paese. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente i proprietari ma nella comunicazione con loro, il check-in ed il check-out non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà.
