Die Duschen und WCS am Strand sind zu bezahlen! Nach dem Wochenende war die Promenade auch voll mit Scherben und es wurde leider auch nicht gereinigt! Zigaretten stummel gibt es leider fast mehr als Steine !

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Punat, die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, der große Balkon ist mega toll, Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, sie können gut deutsch und somit gab es in der Verstänsee more
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Punat, die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, der große Balkon ist mega toll, Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, sie können gut deutsch und somit gab es in der Verständigung keinerlei Probleme, die Parkmöglichkeit im Hof ist mit einem großen Auto etwas erschwert, mit ein bisschen Übung aber dann problemlos:) wer keine Harztropfen auf dem Auto haben möchte sollte sich einen Überzug fürs Auto mit nehmen, wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder :)

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Herr Pezelj war stets bemüht, dass alles reibungslos abläuft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Das Inventar scheint schon etwas älter zu sein, aber es war alles extrem sauber. Der sehr große Balkon ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gesee more

The apartment has everything stated in the listing. Owner is nice, helpful and not intrusive. Aparment was clean and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden is free to use and the house has it's own path to the sea whisee more
The apartment has everything stated in the listing. Owner is nice, helpful and not intrusive. Aparment was clean and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden is free to use and the house has it's own path to the sea which is ideal when you have children because you can avoid all the roads that have cars and similar. Punat is beautiful and worth visiting and this apartment and it's great atmosphere just made the whole stay even better. If we return to Punat we will definitely stay here again.

Úžasná prostorná terasa vhodná pro relaxaci, opalování i stolování. Krásný výhled do zahrady a na moře. Východ ze zahrady přímo na pláž. Velice milý a vstřícný hostitel.
Trošičku jsme postrádali rychlovarnou konvici, ale nebyl problém ohřát vodu na see more

Trošičku jsme postrádali rychlovarnou konvici, ale nebyl problém ohřát vodu na sporáku. :-) Také by byly příjemné sítě v oknech, aby bylo možno v noci větrat. |
