The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a private house, in which only this one holiday apartment is rented. This means you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy, while the warm-hearted landlord's family lives in the rest of the house and is happy to help you with any questions.

The 54 m² apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and baby bed, the other with three single beds. The bright living area combines kitchen, dining room and lounge and is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and a cosy sofa bed. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for self-catering, from cooker and oven to microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine.

Particularly pleasant is the spacious, covered terrace with seating furniture and direct access to the well-maintained garden. Here you can relax and have breakfast, read a good book, or let the evening end by the private outdoor grill. In the courtyard, two secure parking spaces are available to you free of charge, and WiFi is also included in the price. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request (with a surcharge).

In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach the centre of Razanj with a supermarket, bakery, café, pizzeria and fish restaurant. The nearest beach is about 250 to 300 metres away and offers both rocky coastline and small pebble sections - perfect for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing. Directly in front of the house is a concrete beach, parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and the centre with restaurants, cafés and supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The villa comprises four residential units, each with a separate entrance and balcony or terrace.

The holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people on 60 m² and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and a terrace with sea view. The terrace is partially covered, equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and direct access to the garden.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker with 4 hobs, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, kitchen mixer, toaster, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, satellite TV and air conditioning. The two bedrooms offer double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, mirrors and insect screens. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer.
