A dining table for four people, SAT-TV (LCD), coffee table, hi-fi system and air conditioning provide comfort and entertainment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The south-facing balcony offers a sea view, is covered and furnished with a table and chairs for up to four people. Parking facilities are located directly at the property. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
The beach on concrete plateaus is located only 50 m away. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are accessible within 1.4–1.6 km. Numerous leisure activities are possible in the surrounding area, including water sports, boat trips, diving, sailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, cycling, mini golf, tennis and many other sports and leisure opportunities.
