The apartments are located in the quiet fishing village of Rogoznica on the Šibenik Riviera, 130 m from the sea and 500 m from the town centre. The house offers six rental units: two large apartments, two small apartments, a studio and a guest room. The outdoor area includes a garden with a lawn, shaded areas, terrace, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, grill as well as a fruit and vegetable garden.
