The apartments are located in the quiet fishing village of Rogoznica on the Šibenik Riviera, 150 m from the gravel beach and 500 m from the town centre. The house has six rental units, including two large apartments, two small apartments, a studio and a guest room. The outdoor area offers a lawn, sun terrace, garden terrace, shaded spots, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities. Bicycles are available, and a boat can be used by arrangement. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed by arrangement.
Apartment B is located on the first floor and is approximately 60 m² in size. It offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. A 27 m² terrace with direct access to the garden is partially covered. Equipment: Sat-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, kettle, kitchen crockery and utensils, dining table for 6 people, chairs, bed linen and towels.
Parking spaces are available on site.
In the surrounding area, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, bank, bus stop, children's playground, café and access to nightlife.
Leisure activities include boat trips, swimming, diving, bicycle rental, bocce and casino.
Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet (WiFi) and use of air conditioning. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, heating and bicycles.
