This charming 60 m² holiday apartment spans two levels on the second floor and offers space for up to 4 people. With two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed and practical room darkening, it is ideal for families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxed holiday. The bright living area is equipped with air conditioning, a large satellite TV and a comfortable two-seater sofa.
The open kitchen is excellently equipped: dishwasher, electric cooker, espresso machine, filter coffee maker and all necessary cooking utensils enable uncomplicated cooking as if at home. A dining table for four people invites you to eat together. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, towel warmer and a hairdryer. A baby bed is available upon request. A private parking space at the property ensures a stress-free arrival.
The holiday home is located in a quiet, green environment with good infrastructure: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and public transport are conveniently accessible. The beach is about 600 metres away on foot, including pebble and rocky beaches, sandy beaches are about 2 km away. The idyllic location offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, golfing or excursions to nearby nature parks and cultural highlights.
Guests of the house can use the enclosed garden with a barbecue area, parasols, and a children's playground. Pets are not permitted.

Kaia und Marko sind super nette Vermieter und immer für ein freundliches Gespräch zu haben. Es gab sogar Kuchen zur Begrüßung.

Die Wohnung war wirklich top. Sauber, neuwertig, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Der Sandwichtoaster war der Knaller bei den Kindern. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohngegend, nachts ist es schön ruhig. Ins Zentrum von Rovinj kann man zu Fuß gehen (vielleicht nicht für Familien mit kleineren Kindern zu empfehlen, da der Weg relativ lang ist und sie in der Stadt ja auch noch viel laufen können/müssen) oder man kann mit dem Auto etwas dichter ranfahren und einen der großen Parkplätze nutzen. Ein toller Strand (Sand auf der einen, Kieselchen auf der anderen Seite des kleinen Wäldchens) ist in Laufweite, es gibt aber auch einen großen Parkplatz. Sehr positiv: es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, im Schatten zu liegen. Taucherbrille nicht vergessen. Klare Empfehlung! |
