Nice apartment for 2+2 people near the city center (12 minutes walk), in a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by pine forest, 10 minutes to the beach of Monte Mulini (1000 m). The property offers a large garden where there is a large stone table with benches and a barbecue, as well as a private fenced parking space for each apartment.
