This elegant holiday apartment is located in a newly built villa near the Zlatni rt (Punta Corrente) Nature Park in Rovinj. The apartment on the 3rd floor offers space for up to three people on 54 m². It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom. From the 10 m² balcony, you can enjoy sea views and soak up the sun in a private atmosphere.
The apartment is air-conditioned, heatable and equipped with satellite TV, WiFi and a communally usable washing machine. Pets are welcome, a parking space is available at the property.
The villa is located only 500 m from Kuvi beach, restaurants and supermarkets can be easily reached on foot. Rovinj with its offshore islands, mild climate and numerous sunny days invites you to beach days, walks along the coast and bicycle tours.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Rovinj, Wohnung einfach perfekt. Sehr schöne Aussicht von unserem Zimmer im letzten Stock. Wohnung sehr modern, hat alles, was du brauchst. Nur 7 Gehminuten vom besten Strand dieser Gegend entfernt.
Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Rovinj, Wohnung einfach perfekt. Sehr schöne Aussicht von unserem Zimmer im letzten Stock. Wohnung sehr modern, hat alles, was du brauchst. Nur 7 Gehminuten vom besten Strand dieser Gegend entfernt.
