This beautiful villa with six 4 * apartments is located in Borik (pine forest), a very beautiful and quiet district of the beautiful city of Rovinj in Istria. The villa was built in 2017 and offers 6 modern apartments of different sizes.

It is about 2.5 kilometers from the old town of Rovinj; a small supermarket is very close to the house and the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities.

The area invites to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a bit north on a length of about 10 km to the mainland. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are especially popular in the evening. The nearest beaches are well maintained, offer plenty of shady places and have good food.

The arrival and departure is from late June to early September only on Saturdays or Sundays possible with a minimum rental period of 1 week. A holiday in this house will give you the recovery you need.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

The Apartment, AP."6", is situated in a neighbourhood called "Borik", in the North of the beautiful town of Rovnj. The beach is nearby, about a 5 minutes walk.

AP."6" measures approximately 115m² (+ terraces) and it is suitable for 6 persons. This nice apartment with beautiful seaview is spread over two floors (2nd and 3rd floor) and is located in the front part of the building. It is very tastefully decorated and air conditioned. AP."6" is divided as follows: on the lower floor of the apartment there is a large living area consisting of living-dining room, fitted kitchen(dishwasher, waterboiler, toaster) and covered terrace (sea view), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rovinj's old town and the sea. In front of the building for each of the apartments a parking space is provided. 

Wi-Fi-internet, safe deposit box,flatscreen-tv. Babybed, high chair and baby tub are on request.

If with the babybed the specified number of persons is exceeded, there is an extra charge of 7EUR/day.
