This spacious holiday apartment in Rovinj is ideal for families or small groups who appreciate plenty of space, comfort, and a quiet location. With approximately 40 m² of living space plus a large furnished terrace with sun protection, it offers everything you need for a relaxed holiday.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another on a gallery level, accessible via a spiral staircase. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two people. This provides sufficient space for up to six guests. The bright kitchen-living area is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and all important utensils for self-catering. A modern bathroom with shower and bidet, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and practical extras such as a hairdryer and iron complete the equipment.
Particularly inviting is the private terrace with seating furniture – perfect for shared meals outdoors or cosy evenings. A small garden area with barbecue facilities as well as a parking space at the house are also available. Pets are welcome by arrangement (fee possible).
The sea with the popular bathing bay LONE can be reached in just about 500 metres, while the charming centre of Rovinj with its old town, harbour, restaurants and shopping opportunities is located around 1.4 km away. Supermarket and restaurants are also within walking distance.
