The beautiful house is located in northern Dalmatia in the resort Brodarica and is about 150 m from the sea.

Here are rented 2 apartments for 4-7 persons. The apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, private parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, a furnished terrace or balcony, a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom. One of the two apartments has sea views.

Inside there is a washing machine, a TV room, a breakfast room and a lounge.

The house offers its guests a yard / garden use and a barbecue. A boat mooring is available. For excursions with the landlord, a boat is available.
Guests can use a garden and sun terrace as well as a sunbathing lawn.

This cosy attic apartment offers space for up to six people on 65 square metres and is ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday near the beach. The accommodation is located quietly and yet centrally – the sea is only a short walk away, as are restaurants, a supermarket and the town centre.

Living and Sleeping

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with double beds as well as a bright living room with a sofa bed, which offers additional space for two people. The living and dining area is designed in an open layout and connected to a well-equipped kitchen, which offers among other things a stove with oven, a microwave and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, which makes longer stays particularly pleasant.
