This spacious apartment in Brodarica is located just about 150 metres from the pebble beach and is ideally suited for couples or small families seeking comfort and leisure activities in close proximity to the sea.
The 50 m² holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, cooking utensils and a dining table for up to four people. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping options. Air conditioning and heating ensure pleasant temperatures in any season. The 12 m² south-facing balcony offers a sea view, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a parasol.
The facility has a garden, a sunbathing lawn, a sun terrace, an outdoor shower, summer kitchen, barbecue facilities, and a small playground for children.
