The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and complete cookware. A dining table for six people, a two-seater sofa, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi ensure comfort. The apartment also offers a south-east facing balcony with a table and chairs for four people.
The accommodation includes a 500 m² garden with a sun terrace and parasols. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are welcome (max. 2).
