This charming 45 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people and is perfect for a relaxed holiday on the Adriatic coast. The accommodation features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of three beds - two double beds and a sofa bed - and is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The modern-equipped apartment impresses with central heating and air conditioning for a pleasant room climate. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove awaits with practical appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine (communal), coffee machine, and microwave. Additionally, WiFi ensures constant internet connection, and a television with satellite reception offers entertainment.
The accommodation has a private bathroom with a shower and offers free parking directly at the building. A grill is available. Pets are allowed upon request.
The location is extremely attractive: only 20 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the supermarket, and 2 km from the town centre. Public transport and the bus station are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest airport is approximately 90 km away.

Die Lage ist Top, am ist direkt am Strand. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Bäcker ,Restaurants und Wasser Sport Aktivitäten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss Erreichbar
Parken ist in Schattigen Plätzen direkt vor den Haus möglch. Die Wohnung hat in Gegensatz zu den Bildern von Ferienwohnung Direkt eine Neue Küche verbaut mit Geschirrspüler und alles was man so braucht. Die zwei Balkone sind Risig und man einen super Ausblick morgens aufs Meer. Kurz gesagt mit der Ferienwohnung kannst nichtd falsch machen, alles super. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett . |
