This secluded holiday home is located in the private bay of Tatinja on the north side of Hvar Island, just 10 metres from the clear water. The house offers three residential units and is suitable for up to 16 people. The holiday apartment for 3+2 persons has a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and two covered terraces with a magnificent view of the bay.
The accommodation offers running water, electricity via a small solar system (12V/220V) and gas-operated refrigerators. The apartment is simply furnished, does without air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher and offers space for up to three pets. Parking spaces are available directly at the property.
The terraces are equipped with a table, chairs, clothes horse and private barbecue. The apartment is ideally suited for a quiet holiday in an idyllic setting, directly by the sea, and offers activities such as swimming, snorkelling, boat trips, fishing or hiking.
The landlords produce their own wine, dessert wine (Prosek) and local spirits and organise private fishing trips on request, where freshly caught fish is prepared traditionally. The nearby towns of Vrboska, Jelsa, Starigrad and Hvar offer restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other tourist offerings.

Die Warmwasserversorgung war etwas eingeschränkt, da es über Solarthermie erwärmt wird und wir ein paar bedeckte Tage hatten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Überraschende Artenvielfalt. Eidechsen, Geckos, Eisvögel und sogar Eulen. Von den Insekten ganz zu Schweigen.
