On the north side of the island of Hvar, in a small, sheltered bay far from the tourist hustle and bustle, this estate is nestled between the sea and the Mediterranean landscape. The surroundings are characterized by pine trees, rocks, and the clear, calm waters of the Adriatic. Here, one enjoys the special mix of seclusion and natural beauty that makes Hvar so unique. Despite the quiet location, the charming towns of the island are just a few kilometres away – allowing privacy and good connectivity to combine ideally.
In the lower part of the house, this spacious holiday apartment with around 80 m² of living space is located, comfortably accommodating up to eight people. Only about ten metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea, which is particularly calm and clean in this sheltered bay. The gentle murmur of the waves accompanies everyday life and creates a holiday atmosphere from the very first moment.
The apartment has three separate bedrooms and thus offers sufficient space for larger families or friends travelling together. An additional sofa bed and an auxiliary bed create flexible sleeping arrangements without feeling cramped. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and freezer compartment and invites you to cook together. The interior fireplace gives the living area a pleasant, cosy atmosphere - especially during the quieter months of the pre- and post-season.
Special highlight is the spacious, covered terrace with a magnificent view of the bay. Here, a large dining table is ready for shared meals, while the private barbecue invites long, relaxed summer evenings. Whether breakfast in the morning light or a glass of wine at sunset – life takes place out here. An awning provides additional shade, and practical details such as a clothes horse are also available. Pets are welcome, so four-legged companions can also travel along.
Directly in front of the house lies the protected gravel beach, which is particularly suitable for children. Parking facilities are located directly on the property. Those who want to be active will find numerous opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, diving, fishing, or boat trips along the coast.
The hosts cultivate the Dalmatian tradition and produce their own wine, Prošek and homemade schnapps. On request, they organise private fishing trips where the freshly caught fish is then prepared together – an authentic experience that enriches the stay.
