The smallest residential unit of the house is ideal for two people with a child or for a couple longing for an authentic seaside break. The apartment features a kitchen, a cosy living area with sleeping accommodation, a bathroom, and a refrigerator. Additionally, a microwave, a hairdryer, and other practical equipment details are available to make the stay pleasant. Particularly beautiful is the spacious terrace with a wide view over the bay. Here the day begins with breakfast in the morning sun and ends with a glass of wine under the open sky, while the light slowly changes over the sea. An indoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere even on cooler evenings. Smoking is permitted in the accommodation.

The house is now connected to the regular power grid and has a normal power supply. The refrigerators are electrically operated. Deliberately forgoing air conditioning, washing machine or dishwasher - instead, the simple, nature-oriented way of life is in the foreground. Access is via a combination of asphalt and well-maintained gravel road, parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The estate also includes two additional residential units: a larger apartment with several bedrooms and another apartment with balconies and a view of the bay. This makes the house suitable for families or friends travelling together, with each unit offering its own private retreat area.

In a few kilometres, you will reach Vrboska, Jelsa, Stari Grad or the town of Hvar with its restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. At the same time, you will enjoy the feeling of living far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and experiencing the Dalmatian coast in its original form.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 200 m from the gravel beach. The accommodation is ideal for families or couples and offers three separate holiday apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, and a covered balcony with direct access to the garden. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a dishwasher are available. Pets are welcome (max. 1 animal), and a parking space is available directly at the property.

The outdoor area offers a barbecue facility and garden areas for communal use. Bed linen and towels are included.

The environment offers numerous leisure activities: swimming, water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, bicycle rental, mini golf, kayaking, parasailing, sports fields as well as cultural excursions and wine tastings. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and banks are conveniently accessible.
