PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

House with 3 apartments in a secluded location on the north side of the island Hvar. The house is located in the private bay Tatinja, which adorns a small harbor. The nearest neighbor is 500m. The house consists of 2 apartments and a whole floor, suitable for 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 6 + 3 = max. 16 people. The house provides water, the electricity is generated by a small solar system (12V, 220V) and the refrigerator is gas powered. From the main road leads a 1.7 km long gravel road and a 1km long piece of paved road down to the beautiful bay. By car you can reach 10 meters in front of the house. The sea is only 10m. The water is wonderfully clear and clean. The beach in the bay is also suitable for children. The small apartment is suitable for 2 + 1 persons and consists of kitchen, living area, WC, refrigerator, fireplace (inside). The apartment has a large terrace with stunning sea views. The larger apartment is suitable for 3 + 2 persons and consists of a bedroom, living area, kitchen, toilet, 2 balconies with stunning views of the bay. The apartment in the lower part of the house has 3 bedrooms each for 2 + 1 persons, toilet, kitchen, fireplace inside, fridge and a nice outdoor terrace with barbecue. Nearby are Vrboska (3km), Jelsa (5km), Starigrad (5km) and Hvar (10km). Post office, bank, supermarket, cafes, restaurant and all other tourist attractions are nearby. The landlords offer own wine, dessert wine (Prosek), various local schnapps and grapes. The landlords also offer private fishing trips and prepare the freshly caught fish in the traditional Dalmatian way on the grill afterwards.
