It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and window, as well as a living and dining area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, and extractor hood.
The covered terrace with access to the garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors or enjoy relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi are available free of charge. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
The apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area - ideal for unwinding. Pebble beaches are within walking distance, as are shopping opportunities and the town centre.
A small pet is welcome after prior consultation - a fee of 10 € per day will be charged (as of 2025).

Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären toll gewesen, da man durchgehend auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen war und die Fenster selten aufmachen konnte aufgrund vieler Insekten. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein und es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit.

Der Strand, der westlich liegt und durch eine schmale Straße, auf der allerdings immer Mal wieder zu schnell gefahren wird, ist einmalig, Weile dort begrenzt Parkplätze bestehen und deshalb kein Rummel herrscht.Der ganz hohe Wert kann der Badebucht kann nur dann für die Zukunft erhalten werden, wenn keine weitere Verbauung stattfindet.Auch ist mit Betonmauern Vorsicht geboten, zumal diese nicht förderlich für das Landschaftsbild sind.Die Whg. und deren relative Lage zum Meer und auch der kleine Läden im Ort wird mit großem Engagement geführt ...ja kein! Supermarkt in einer so sensiblen Landschaft!....Als Biologe und ökologisch denkender Mensch habe ich sehr wohl registriert, im Vergleich zu anderen Whg., z.B. in Nezerine, dass der Ort mit seiner grandiosen Natur und den kleinparzelligen Grundstücken im und um den Ort eine sehr Lebensqualität hat. Volltreffer!....auch sehr seltene Pflanzen- und Tierarten, v.a.Insekten/Reptilien und Vogelarten Liebe Grüße an Alle |

This bright and friendly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in a quiet, green residential area. It is ideally suited for couples or solo travellers who wish to combine relaxation and proximity to the sea.
The approximately 45 square metre accommodation offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The open living and dining area is equipped with a compact kitchen unit that offers everything necessary for self-caterers, including a 2-plate electric cooker, a refrigerator, a sink, an extractor hood and a kettle.
The 15 square metre terrace is covered and borders directly on the garden. It is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to relaxed hours outdoors. Thanks to direct access to the courtyard, the quiet location can be particularly enjoyed.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror as well as a window for daylight and good ventilation.
For your comfort, SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. An iron is also available.
