On 55 m² the apartment offers space for up to four people and is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort and proximity to water. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and additional SAT-TV, the second bedroom has two single beds - ideal for children or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment and dining table is integrated into the living area. A furnished balcony with a view towards the south invites you to breakfast in the sun or to relaxed evening hours. The apartment is air-conditioned, WiFi is available free of charge, bed linen and towels are provided. A baby bed is also available upon request.
The holiday home offers its guests a heated communal pool (weather-dependent), a garden with a children's playground, and an outdoor shower. A barbecue option is available by arrangement. The use of individual amenities, such as bicycles, can be organised on site.

A modern 3 floor building with the owners living on the ground floor and 4 apartments on the upper two floors. We took the two bedroomed luxury first floor apartment and it was exactly as advertised. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The building also had lovely patio area with pool, hot tub and sunloungers which were all well kept and clean. 5 mins walking from nearest beach (all beaches are stoney), 5 mins from nearest grocery store but approx 15 mins from Supetar Harbour where all the restaurants etc are centered. We got our ""steps in"" walking to & from twice a day. Would recommend this apartment - the owner Dario is always available & friendly and his son Ivan speaks excellent English

This tasteful holiday apartment on the island of Brač offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, families or small groups who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in a quiet location with sea views.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms offers a private balcony with a view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and dining area. The living room has SAT-TV, air conditioning, corner sofa, armchair and coffee table.
The apartment includes two private outdoor areas: a covered terrace on the south side and a balcony on the north side, both with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing or outdoor meals.
